Job summary

Siemens Energy in Orlando seeks an Order Management specialist to oversee end-to-end customer orders, coordinating with back-office teams to ensure on-time parts delivery during outages. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field, or currently pursuing a degree.
• Up to 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, project coordination, customer support, or related field.
• Understanding of domestic and international logistics and import/export regulations preferred.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office; familiarity with automation/analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer parts orders from inquiry through delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams for on-time execution.
• Support outage parts planning, order fulfillment, and contractual requirements for Large Gas Turbine customers.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support including quotations, order management, logistics coordination, and repair services via SAP.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders worldwide on procurement, logistics, modifications, upgrades, and repair projects.
• Mitigate risks by ensuring compliance with import/export requirements, Incoterms, and international trade regulations.
