Job summary

This role requires at least 2 years in international logistics, ERP experience, and strong knowledge of shipping documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in international order management, export coordination, or international logistics.
• Experience working within an ERP system and strong knowledge of shipping documentation.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process international customer orders accurately within the ERP system.
• Review purchase orders for pricing, quantities, shipping instructions, and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Communicate order status and shipment updates with international distributors.
• Manage backorders, order revisions, and partial shipments.
• Obtain international freight quotations and select cost-effective shipping methods.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers.
• Prepare packing lists and Bills of Lading.
• Prepare Certificates of Origin, Air Waybills, and AES/EEI filings.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations and destination country import requirements.
• Determine appropriate HTS classifications and track shipments.
• Prepare customer quotations including freight, duties, and insurance.
• Build strong relationships with international distributor partners.
