Hourglass Cosmetics in El Segundo, CA seeks a Manager, Order Fulfillment for a hybrid role. You’ll lead the Order Management team to maximize fill rates and on-time delivery, coordinating across global fulfillment and internal partners to keep customers satisfied.

Key duties include managing purchase orders, stock availability, cancellations, and tracking; aligning sales, fulfillment, and warehouse teams; directing global routing and drop shipments; working with China on stock; ensuring ERP data

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in B2B retail is a plus.
• Must be able to work from El Segundo Office at least 60% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Manage purchase orders, stock availability, cancellations/extensions, and tracking.
• Align sales, order fulfillment, and warehouse teams for timely order execution.
• Oversee routing communication for global fulfillment, including drop shipments.
• Lead discussions with China on stock availability during weekly alignment meetings.
• Ensure accurate data entry, order updates, acknowledgments, and invoicing in the ERP.
• Work with Demand Planning to maintain safety stock of market-compliant inventory.
• Address shipment and billing issues, including ship window management and resolving errors.
