Qualifications

10+ years of ERP functional and technical experience.
6+ years with Oracle Fusion ERP/GTM and EPM.
Designing and architecting Fusion solutions using AI Agent Studio, BI Publisher, Groovy, APEX, VBCS, ATP or PaaS extensions.
Experience with integration using OIC for shop floor and warehouse systems.
Experience establishing technical standards and governance for live production environments.

Responsibilities

Senior Design Leadership: lead end-to-end design for major enterprise enhancements with mentorship to engineering teams.
Advanced Development Execution: hands-on development of critical Fusion modules with a focus on performance.
Custom Development: drive design of Extensions, Complex Interfaces, Customizations using Fusion tools.
Deep Dive Resolution: final escalation point for P1/P2 incidents with rapid root cause analysis.
Integration Design: lead performance tuning for ESS batch jobs and high-volume interfaces with OIC/OPA.
Technical Standards: establish standards and quality gates for development work.
