Job summary

AeroVironment in Germantown, MD is seeking an Enterprise Analyst to drive Oracle Fusion Finance rollouts and implementations. The role emphasizes Finance, Costing, and Projects (PPM) within a Cloud ERP environment and supports global deployments and post‑go‑live optimization.

You will partner with Finance, Project Accounting, and Corporate Accounting teams to translate business needs into scalable designs, manage data migration, integrations, testing, and deployment, and promote standardized

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 8–10+ years ERP implementations, business analysis, or enterprise applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Finance modules (AP, AR, Cash, FA, Tax, GL), Costing, and Projects (PPM).
• Proven experience supporting Fusion Finance rollouts and GovCon compliance (FAR/DCAA).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle Fusion Finance and PPM rollouts, including implementations, expansions, and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system designs and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Project Accounting, and Corporate Accounting teams for deployment and adoption.
• Provide deep functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Finance modules and Projects (PPM).
• Apply knowledge of GovCon compliance, cost structures, and audit requirements.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, and deployment lifecycle.
