Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. seeks an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager – Finance to lead Fusion Finance and Oracle EPM, directing day-to-day operations and coordinating with BUs and finance executives.

The role demands deep Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance expertise and strong leadership to deliver a scalable technical roadmap. The candidate will partner with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, and PMO to drive strategic initiatives, governance, and multi-year IT plans that support mergers and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 12–15+ years in Enterprise Applications or BRM roles (SaaS/cloud).
• End-to-end Oracle Fusion Applications implementation experience.
• Functional knowledge of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA).
• Experience with PPM, Cost Management, Inventory, and SCM.
• Leadership in managing IT analysts/consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise applications finance team and ensure uptime and support quality.
• Direct technology demand pipeline and prioritise changes with business value.
• Own Fusion Finance modules and Oracle EPM governance as SME.
• Align roadmap with Corporate Finance, FP&A, and M&A needs.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle delivery, testing, and deployments.
