Job summary

Centroid Systems is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of Centroid’s managed services across client engagements. You will cultivate strong client relationships, certify Centroid as a trusted advisor, and grow the company footprint through effective governance of SLA-based support deliveries.

The role includes cross-functional leadership, onboarding new Managed Services clients, and managing SOWs, budgets, and timelines across a global delivery team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering Enterprise IT Services.
• 3–5 years managing teams within an IT Service Delivery organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and engagements across multiple industries and technologies.
• Demonstrable experience managing customers and delivery of IT services.
• Proven people management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate support resources and communication with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Lead team training on IT service delivery processes and best practices.
• Manage and oversee 24x7 support operations delivered by a global team.
• Design and implement governance for SLA-based support contracts.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services.
• Ensure monitoring, control, and support of service delivery processes.
• Produce internal and customer-facing operational reporting (uptime, incidents, resource utilization, account status).
• Oversee monthly billing aligned with client contracts and time sheets.
