The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in finance or a related analytical field, strong communication skills, and experience with large-scale data tools. The position offers a competitive salary range of $104,900 – $179,500 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
• 4+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.
• 4+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Form strategic plans to improve processes, tools, and analytics.
• Own all financial planning tools used to produce reports.
• Identify risks and propose changes to remediate gaps.
• Create reporting providing transparency on key financial metrics.
• Partner with regional FP&A partners to deliver annual budget and forecasts.
• Understand cost structure to make judgment calls in ambiguous environments.
