WW Ops Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) seeks a Finance Transformation Program Manager to drive initiatives that improve the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of our finance function. This role partners with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to simplify and automate financial processes, improve reporting and analytics, and implement solutions that enable faster, more accurate decision‑making. This individual will own cross‑functional programs, influence stakeholders across levels, and keep leadership informed and aligned through clear, structured communication at every stage of execution. The right candidate brings demonstrated program management experience, exceptional communication and organizational skills, the ability to connect business requirements to system and process solutions, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key job responsibilities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
