Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Proven leadership delivering large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in manufacturing operations, planning, supply chain, quality, or related operational processes.
• Demonstrated experience leading global cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex organizational dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation across global manufacturing operations and functions, driving scalable processes.
• Design and optimize end-to-end processes to establish future-state capabilities and governance.
• Partner with IT, Finance, and Global Operations COEs to ensure solutions meet objectives.
• Oversee planning and execution of global transformation initiatives with governance and risk management.
• Develop and execute change management and communication strategies for executive stakeholders.
• Track ROI and operational benefits, ensuring data-driven decisions.
