Job summary

Cefaly US Inc in Darien, CT is seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to lead the organization’s global supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, and planning capabilities. This role reports to leadership and partners with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Product Development to ensure reliable product availability and scalable growth.

The position requires 8–12+ years in operations leadership, a related bachelor’s degree, and preferably an MBA.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive operations, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment leadership experience.
• Experience managing global supply chains and international logistics.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing third‑party logistics providers, distribution partners, and transportation networks.
• Experience supporting import/export compliance programs and international trade operations.
• Experience leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, or integrated business planning processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead supply planning to ensure product availability and optimize inventory.
• Provide strategic oversight of domestic and international logistics, including third‑party providers.
• Lead continuous improvement across processes, systems, and workflows to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support cross‑functional collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Product teams to ensure scalability.
• Build and monitor KPIs for forecast accuracy, inventory, service levels, and supply reliability.
