Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking a Business Planning & Operations Lead within the Office of the President of Imaging, Printing & Solutions.

The role drives operational excellence, governance, and strategic business management across the global Print organization, partnering with the Chief of Staff, Print leadership, Finance, HR, IT, and other functions to enable organizational effectiveness and business performance. The successful candidate will combine program management discipline with executive presence

Qualifications

• Experience in business planning, operations, program management, strategy, finance, or organizational effectiveness.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs in a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, build trusted partnerships, and drive results through collaboration.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams and managing high-visibility programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Print's global Business Continuity Planning program, providing end-to-end governance, readiness, risk visibility, and enterprise coordination.
• Serve as program manager for emerging high-priority initiatives with scope, milestones, governance, and executive reporting.
• Act as the AI Champion for Print, advancing responsible AI adoption with enablement, governance support, and practical use cases.
• Own and improve Print's intranet and internal information channels with content governance.
• Lead budget management activities, including planning, forecasting, PO oversight, expense tracking, and leadership reporting.
• Support workforce planning, requisition governance, and organizational planning across Print.
• Develop executive dashboards, operational reporting, and insights to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Partner across Print and functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
