HP's Office of the President of Imaging, Printing & Solutions is seeking a highly organized, strategic leader to drive operational excellence and business management across the global Print organization.

This role partners with the Chief of Staff, Print leadership, Finance, HR, IT, and other functions to lead programs, governance, and organizational initiatives, delivering measurable outcomes and executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in business planning, operations, program management, strategy, finance, or organizational effectiveness.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs in a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, build trusted partnerships, and drive results through collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead Print's global Business Continuity Planning program with governance and risk visibility.
• Manage high-priority initiatives from concept to implementation with governance and reporting.
• Act as AI Champion for Print, promoting responsible AI adoption and productivity gains.
• Own Print's intranet and information channels with content governance.
• Lead budget management, forecasting, PO oversight, and leadership reporting with Finance.
• Support workforce planning, requisition governance, and organizational planning across Print.
• Develop executive dashboards and operational reporting for visibility and decision-making.
• Drive operational excellence, process simplification, and execution of priorities across Print.
