Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent years of directly related experience in Operations roles.
Graduate studies in business areas such as Project Management, Finance, Marketing, or Organizational Studies preferred.
Formal project management training preferred.

Responsibilities

Set manufacturing strategies for the European market to support global growth.
Own the strategy and perform make vs. buy analysis to determine ideal locations.
Determine optimal manufacturing footprint and capability in Europe for long-term growth.
Coordinate across the supply chain to develop capabilities for efficient service delivery.
Regularly present project status to various levels of the organization.
Travel up to 25% may be required.
