Job summary

Bank of America is offering a Global Operations Development Analyst Program in the United States. This two-year rotational program provides on-the-job training, online learning, and exposure to multiple Global Operations lines of business.

Analysts will engage in a variety of experiences, including an Executive Speaker Series, networking events, and hands-on project work, to develop broad operational acumen.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Bachelor’s degree with or without work experience as described in the posting.
• Major areas include Operations, Business Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems.
• GPA of 3.5 minimum preferred.
• Graduation date between November 2026 and August 2027.

Responsibilities
