Job summary

Airbnb, Inc. is hiring a Recruiting Manager, Global Operations, to lead a team of recruiters across global operations while personally running complex senior-level searches. This hybrid role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution and requires partnering with senior leaders to shape recruiting strategies.

You will drive end-to-end searches, manage metrics, and build scalable processes to ensure a high-quality candidate experience across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior-level searches.
• Experience managing and developing a recruiting team for Global Operations.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and drive strategy.
• Experience in market research, talent mapping, and pipeline building.
• Strong data orientation and ability to translate metrics into action.
• Proficiency with enterprise HRIS tools (Greenhouse, Workday, Gem).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters across global operations.
• Personally lead end-to-end senior/executive-level searches.
• Act as strategic talent advisor to senior business leaders.
• Own team goals, metrics, and hiring progress reporting.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Finance, People, and Global Ops.
• Drive end-to-end recruiting lifecycle: intake, sourcing, offers, closing.
• Address pipeline issues with stakeholders to maintain delivery.
• Navigate complex offers with Compensation and HRBP teams.
• Develop scalable processes to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Champion a high-touch candidate experience for senior roles.
