Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Recruiting Manager, Global Operations, to lead a team of recruiters globally while personally managing senior-level searches. You will partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into robust strategies, drive end-to-end execution, and optimize the recruiting process with data-driven insights.

You will own team metrics, collaborate across Finance, HR, and Legal, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including leading senior-level searches.
• 2+ years managing and developing a team of recruiters.
• Deep functional expertise in at least one Global Operations sub-function.
• Track record recruiting for global operations, business functions, or non-technical roles at a tech company.
• Experience conducting market research, talent mapping, and proactive pipeline-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters across global operations.
• Personally lead end-to-end searches for senior/executive roles.
• Advise senior leaders and translate hiring needs into recruiting strategies.
• Own team metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights for stakeholders.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Finance, HR, and Legal to align headcount priorities.
• Drive recruiting lifecycle rigor from intake to closing for team and individual searches.
• Identify and resolve pipeline escalations with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Represent recruiting in executive-level capacity planning and quarterly updates.
