Zynga, the world leader in mobile gaming, seeks a highly organized Manager, Business Operations Admonetization to drive cross-functional programs and compliance initiatives across our global studios. You will own end-to-end workflows and coordinate vendor proposals, aligning Publishing, Legal, Privacy, Procurement, and Engineering.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in PM/coordination within gaming or software, strong communication, and a knack for turning complex requirements into actionable steps.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of project management, program coordination, or business operations experience—preferably within software development, gaming, or compliance-heavy environments.
• Demonstrated ability to earn trust, empower teams, and build strong, collaborative relationships across diverse cultures, disciplines, and work styles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to synthesize complex legal or technical requirements into clear, data-driven updates.
• Experience managing high-volume intake workflows, meticulously tracking approvals, and maintaining flawless documentation.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Program Ownership: Lead the operational execution of key global workflows, anchoring the Global Fonts Program and Player Data Compliance strategy across all Zynga games.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Bridge between creative game studios and corporate teams to review terms, manage vendor workflows, and ensure standards.
• Risk Mitigation & Data Integrity: Maintain tracking ecosystems and drive proactive compliance initiatives across the global portfolio.
• Process Optimization & Innovation: Evolve pipelines, leverage tools (including AI), and partner with tech teams to test new workflows.
• Program/Project Management Support: Provide PM support for studio operations initiatives, including migrations and tool rollouts.
