Qualifications

• 4+ years in project management, program coordination, or business ops in software gaming or compliance-heavy roles.
• Proven ability to build trust and empower teams across cultures and disciplines.
• Strong stakeholder engagement; translate complex requirements into clear updates.
• Experience handling high-volume intake, approvals, and meticulous documentation.
• Able to work independently with competing priorities and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of global workflows, anchoring the Global Fonts Program and Player Data Compliance strategy.
• Serve as central bridge between game studios and corporate teams to review terms and ensure standards.
• Maintain tracking ecosystems and drive proactive compliance initiatives across the portfolio.
• Evolve operational pipelines; leverage AI tools to streamline workflows with technical teams.
• Provide PM support for studio ops initiatives, migrations, tool rollouts, and M&A integration.
