Job summary

QSIC, an Audio + AI company redefining in-store experiences, seeks a leader to architect and run its global Operations function. You will span procurement, deployment, network reliability, support, and onboarding across Americas, APAC, and EMEA, building regional teams and setting repeatable deployment models from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring and managing remote, globally distributed technical Operations teams (10+).
• Proven ability to run multi-region deployments concurrently.
• Experience building in-store hardware installation programs with playbooks and SLAs.
• Vendor management across hardware, software, and content.
• Strong KPI discipline (uptime, MTTR, NPS).
• US work authorization or citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Deployment and Field Execution across Americas, APAC, and EMEA.
• Oversee end-to-end in-store installation programs and regional deployment models.
• Own hardware, software, and content deployment programs and alignment.
• Manage global field partners, installers, and on-site maintenance resources.
• Build global support structures and Train cross-functional teams.
• Drive Operational Excellence with systems for deployment tracking, ticketing, asset management.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management across regions.
• Develop talent and lead multi-regional change initiatives.
