Job summary

RRD is seeking a Business Unit Operations Leader to direct and deliver on product and service quality for clients. The role provides strategic direction to Facility/Site Leaders and develops tactical plans to seize market opportunities and meet financial targets.

The Ops Leader will drive operational excellence across facilities, establish standard processes, manage cost, and collaborate with HR, IT, and finance to optimize performance. Travel approximately 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in printing, engineering, business, or related area.
• 15+ years of print operations experience in a manufacturing or production-based environment.
• 8+ years of demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff, groups and major projects or initiatives.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Statistical Process Control to drive operational improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
• Proven experience overseeing and guiding the management of staffing, budgets and other fiscal operations impacting the P&L.

Responsibilities

• Direct and deliver on product and service quality for clients.
• Provide strategic direction to Facility/Site Leaders for the business.
• Develop tactical action plans based on market opportunities and client trends.
• Drive sales and profitability goals and collaborate to grow capabilities/solutions.
