You will lead Operations Managers across diverse sites, ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and performance metrics, and collaborate with R&D/Engineering on pre-production while mentoring teams to deliver continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Experience managing teams across multiple sites (10+ people).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site operations strategy, budgeting, and capital investments.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement across sites to boost efficiency and quality.
• Oversee KPIs, reporting, and resource allocation to ensure accountability.
• Coach and develop operations managers and specialists.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborate with R&D and Engineering on pre-production and process testing.
