Job summary

Fresh, a global skincare brand within the LVMH Group, is seeking an Analyst, Finance HQ to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and month-end close for HQ functions. You will partner with Marketing, PR, Creative, HR and Accounting to ensure accuracy and meaningful analysis, driving day-to-day business decisions.

The role requires 1–4+ years in Finance, strong Excel and data-analysis skills, and experience with finance systems.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years in Finance, FP&A, accounting-related roles.
• Strong ability to translate analysis into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders, finance and non-finance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Prepare data and analyses for monthly close reviews with HQ departments.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure data integrity in financial records.
• Monitor indirect purchasing activities and compliance with policy.
• Develop operating metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and costs.
