Antech Diagnostics, Inc. seeks a Director of Operations Finance to partner with Global In-House Diagnostics (IHD) Operations.

Based in NYC or Loveland, CO, the role drives financial strategy, cost performance, and capacity planning across the global operations network. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of finance experience, strong financial modeling, and ERP proficiency, with a track record in driving efficiency and cost reductions in a manufacturing or diagnostics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance or business analysis; FP&A/finance business partnership preferred.
• High proficiency in financial modeling and advanced analytics.
• Expertise in ERP systems and financial tools; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial performance review for IHD Operations, including costs and key metrics.
• Forecast and budget planning for IHD COGS; translate demand forecasts into labor and capacity needs.
• Analyze cost trends, inventory, working capital, and manufacturing variances.
• Provide financial guidance in weekly S&OP meetings and track financial impact of actions.
