Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in finance or business analysis.
• High proficiency in financial modeling and advanced analytics.
• Expertise in leveraging ERP systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the periodic review of IHD Operations’ financial performance, including manufacturing costs, inventory, and key operating metrics.
• Analyze variances across manufacturing, warehousing, freight, procurement, and distribution.
• Partner with Operations leaders to identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational performance.
• Lead the annual budget and forecasting processes for IHD COGS.
• Forecast capital expenditures and depreciation; model scenarios for demand changes and productivity initiatives.
• Quantify savings from sourcing initiatives, process improvements, and product redesigns.
