Antech is seeking a Director of Operations Finance to partner with Global In-House Diagnostics leadership. The role turns manufacturing data into insights to improve cost, working capital, capacity, and investment decisions across a global operations network.

This high-impact role requires strong financial modeling, ERP proficiency, and cross-functional influence. Required: a Bachelor's degree in business, 7–10 years of finance experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
7–10 years of experience in finance or business analysis.
Finance business-partnering experience preferred.
High proficiency in financial modeling and analytics.
Expertise with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Lead periodic review of IHD Operations’ financial performance including costs and metrics.
Analyze variances across manufacturing, warehousing, freight, procurement, and distribution.
Partner with operations leaders to identify financial risks and opportunities.
Deliver actionable insights to improve operational performance.
Lead annual budget and forecasts for IHD COGS and labor/planning needs.
Forecast capex and depreciation; model scenarios for demand and productivity.
Assess costs, yield, scrap, and overhead; quantify savings from improvements.
Provide financial guidance during S&OP meetings and track actions.
