Job summary

Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Director of Operations Finance to partner with Global In-House Diagnostics leadership. The role finances cost performance, working capital, capacity, and investment decisions across global operations.

Offices may be in New York City or Loveland, Colorado, with a base salary in the NYC range of $148k–$185k and Loveland range of $140k–$176k, plus incentives. The incumbent will lead financial planning, manufacturing cost analysis, inventory management, and S&OP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in finance or business analysis.
• Finance business-partnering experience preferred.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced analytics.
• ERP systems proficiency and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead periodic review of IHD Operations’ financial performance (costs, inventory, KPIs).
• Forecast and budget processes for IHD COGS and capacity requirements.
• Analyze variances across manufacturing, warehousing, freight, procurement and distribution.
