Job summary

Finlays Solutions in Glenview, IL is seeking a Senior Quality Lead – Co-manufacturing to own quality systems across the U.S. third‑party network, driving governance, audits, and continuous improvement.

You will partner with R&D, Operations and suppliers, travel ~30% to co-man sites, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead customer quality engagements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-based or food-industry field or equivalent.
• Formal HACCP/FSMA PCQI training and auditing experience.
• Minimum 5 years in quality, food safety, or technical roles in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern quality and food safety systems for U.S. third-party manufacturing.
• Standardize expectations across co-manufacturers and partners.
• Lead supplier audits, investigations, and corrective actions with cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate with R&D, Operations, and Regulatory to define critical-to-quality specs.
• Travel ~30% to co-man sites and uphold GMP/SQF/HACCP standards.
