Finlays Solutions is seeking a Chief Operations Officer to guide global manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will set strategic goals, manage a network of factories in the US, UK, and Kenya, and drive efficiency, safety, and profitability across sites.

You will lead senior teams, champion sustainability, and oversee procurement, logistics, and health and safety programs, ensuring scalable growth and governance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of operations experience in food & beverage manufacturing.
• Experience leading multi-site operations across regions (US, UK, Africa).
• Proven track record in driving operational improvements and safety culture.
• Experience integrating acquisitions and scaling facilities.
