Page Executive is seeking a Vice President of Global Finance - Operations and Supply Chain in Chicago. You will partner with the COO and executive leadership to guide strategic plans, drive financial strategy across manufacturing, supply chain and procurement, and lead a 40–50 person global team.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, while delivering actionable insights and cost optimization across the global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• MBA and/or CPA/CMA highly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in FP&A, Manufacturing Finance, Controllership related roles supporting operations and supply chain.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sr. Financial Leadership position leading a global team.
• Prior experience in public accounting highly preferred - Big 4.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, finance, accounting, HR, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Proven track record of operational improvements to increase revenues, decrease costs and improve cash flow.
• Experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX.
• M&A experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO and executive leadership on strategic plans for growth and operational effectiveness.
• Lead global financial strategy to achieve annual goals across manufacturing, supply chain and procurement.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan for operations and supply chain globally.
• Provide actionable financial insights to COO and leadership.
• Ensure timely financial reporting and audits; manage regulatory compliance.
• Drive cost efficiency across logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize S&OP, inventory and network footprint.
• Mentor and develop a 40–50 person global finance team.
• Support AI and digital transformation in finance.
