You will work under the Change Management & Communications Manager to keep information organized, accessible, and aligned with standards.

You will draft and distribute communications, maintain assets and repositories, support policy governance, and help track ownership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.
• 0-3 years in communications, project coordination, knowledge management, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine and ad hoc communications for Global Operations initiatives.
• Draft, edit, format, and publish communications using templates and branding.
• Maintain distribution lists and respond to routine inquiries.
• Publish updates to SharePoint and knowledge bases; keep content current.
• Support governance activities for Operations Guide documentation.
