Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of professional experience including 5+ in commercial operations or related fields.
• 2+ years in leadership overseeing cross-functional/global teams.
• Strong analytical, governance, and ERP/CRM system experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, implementation, execution, and oversight of Commercial Operations processes and policies for clear decision-making.
• Manage the full Investment Committee lifecycle: intake, structuring, coordination, governance, and delivery of materials to senior stakeholders.
• Develop, standardize, and improve commercial frameworks, IC templates, documentation, and SOPs.
• Serve as enterprise steward for global commercial policies; ensure consistency and version control across regions.
• Provide guidance on Financial Authority Policy requirements; oversee approval tracking and document control.
• Partner with Sales, PMG, Investments, Finance to streamline approval workflows, analytics, and reporting.
• Create dashboards, conduct financial and operational analyses, and synthesize data on asset performance and portfolio profitability.
• Support strategic initiatives through project management, prioritization, and execution support.
• Participate in tech/system initiatives including AI tools, ERP, CRM, and BI enablement.
• Scope and coordinate offshore resources and contractors.
