Job summary

Eaton’s Golf Pride division is seeking a Global Sales Operations Manager to lead the global sales operations backbone from our Pinehurst, NC headquarters. This full-time onsite role offers relocation benefits within the United States and a salary range of $130,000 to $190,000 per year plus an incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
• 3+ years of leadership/team supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sales, service, and operational processes with standardization and regional flexibility.
• Manage a global customer service and sales operations team across regions.
• Develop and execute a best-in-class service strategy for all channels and regions.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and IT for end-to-end execution.
