Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Global Quality Manager for Golf Pride in Pinehurst, North Carolina. The manager will lead the quality function, setting the vision and standards to ensure product excellence. This role involves establishing measurable quality standards, deploying comprehensive strategies, and driving player-centric testing methodologies while managing supplier quality.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 7 years of experience in quality assurance. A competitive salary range of $130,000 - $190,000 and a variable incentive program are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing, engineering, or quality assurance.
• Deep knowledge of 8D/DMAIC, Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, APQP, MSA, and quality audit methodologies.
• Six Sigma Green Belt required.
• Proficiency with standard business tools and QMS.

Responsibilities

• Define Golf Pride’s brand standard for product quality.
• Deploy a comprehensive quality strategy across all Golf Pride sites.
• Develop testing methodologies that validate player expectations.
• Manage Quality Metrics & Drive Problem Solving.
• Oversee supplier development and quality to ensure standards.
