Job summary

Golf Pride seeks a Global OPEX Leader to drive CI and EHS across the organization. You will be the senior-most CI/EHS leader, shaping vision, standards, and capability roadmaps for manufacturing and safety.

You will report to the Global Operations leadership and partner with plant teams to deliver measurable impact. You will build world-class safety culture, lead assessments, and grow CI/EHS capabilities across Thailand, Taiwan, and other sites, aligning initiatives with business outcomes as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in continuous improvement, EHS and/or operations; multi-site experience preferred.
• Technical CI: Lean, Six Sigma, systems thinking; Lean cert and Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
• EHS expertise: safety management, regulatory familiarity, culture-building.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Minitab, Visio and SharePoint.
• Process leadership across CI/EHS; collaboration and comms with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to travel internationally ~25%.
• Passion for golf and understanding golfer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy a unified Operational Excellence framework spanning CI and EHS.
• Lead division-wide manufacturing process improvements to reduce lead time and raise productivity.
• Drive cross-functional business process improvements across Golf Pride.
• Build a world-class safety culture with clear safety outcomes and learning.
• Develop CI and EHS capability globally and establish councils and routines.
