Deloitte in the UK seeks a Business Development Manager to lead end-to-end Global Operate pursuits, shaping pricing and commercial architecture. You will align with deal coaching, create client-facing strategies, and refine proposals with finance collaborators.

You will present analyses to senior stakeholders, use PowerPoint/Excel for modeling, and leverage GenAI tools to accelerate research and drafting. Hybrid UK office role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, business, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with pricing, commercial deal structuring, or financial analysis.
• Strong financial modeling in PowerPoint/Excel; GenAI tools a plus.
• Experience presenting analyses to client stakeholders, including senior audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end engagements for lower-complexity or lower-TCV Global Operate pursuits.
• Confirm pricing status and baseline commercial model for each pursuit.
• Design commercial architectures combining baseline models with creative constructs.
• Coach pursuit teams on client-facing commercial strategy presentations.
• Capture client feedback and refine the commercial architecture in proposals.
• Collaborate with the financial modeling team to reflect final structure in the financial model.
• Escalate high-stakes questions to the Senior Manager Deal Coach.
• Build relationships across Global Operate workstreams and account teams.
