Qualifications

• High level report writing and reviewing skills with attention to detail and risk management.
• Previous experience with financial due diligence and transaction services or equivalent.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience of operating with senior level stakeholders.
• Experience in leading business development from opportunity identification to conversion into sales.
• Experience in building and managing client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Full travel mobility and flexibility for international travel.
• Fluency in a major European foreign language would be an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate data quickly and accurately.
• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
• Strong client focus with commitment to high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Quickly develop an understanding of the target business and its drivers.
• Interpret information memoranda, business plans and publicly available information.
• Review historical trading, cash flow and balance sheets.
• Review projections and underlying assumptions.
• Evaluate working capital facilities, financing limits, terms and covenants.
• Assess potential synergies and client value drivers.
• Report key issues and risk or price affecting considerations to clients.
• Review sale and purchase agreements and related due diligence findings.
• Assess financial structures and credit agreements.
• Lead service offerings and evolve propositions to drive practice growth.
• Lead and develop team members and manage diverse teams in an inclusive culture.
