Job summary

Hult International Business School is seeking a Program Operations Intern to support the Online Programs team. The role involves assisting with student communications, program administration, faculty support, and online learning activities.

You'll interact mainly via email and chat with a global student population, adapt to ESL audiences, and help manage pre-program enrollment through post-completion, while staying organized and proactive.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and online platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in higher education, student services, or online learning.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Availability to work a consistent 20-hour-per-week schedule during designated business hours.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day program operations and administrative activities.
• Assist with student communications, orientations, and program updates.
• Respond to routine student inquiries and direct questions to appropriate staff.
• Assist students with navigating online learning platforms and academic systems.
• Assist with webinars, virtual events, and guest speaker sessions.
• Support student registration, record maintenance, and reporting.
• Administer surveys and compile results.
• Provide general faculty and program support as needed.
