Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Director, Global Commercial Strategy – Oncology to shape the long‑term vision for Pfizer’s Oncology portfolio. You’ll partner with Global Marketing, R&D, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and Business Development to drive asset plans and governance stage‑gates.

You will lead strategic assessments, portfolio tools, and investment cases for early to late‑stage assets, coordinating across functions to maximize value with a strong leadership presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years experience; or Master’s 7+ years; or PhD 5+ years.
• Experience in commercial development, marketing, new product launch or strategy in pharmaceutical, medical device or biotechnology companies.
• Experience in Strategy Consulting and/or Commercial organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial/strategic assessments and drive planning for asset/technology platform business cases.
• Provide commercial input to development strategies to optimally develop assets.
• Drive portfolio asset and disease area strategies, scenarios, and investment decisions with key stakeholders.
