Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, Scientific Communications & Engagement Strategy - Oncology Publication Lead to develop and execute robust publication and engagement strategies across global and US markets.

The role collaborates across Medical Affairs and Clinical Development to ensure compliant, high-impact communication of evidence, while leading publication planning, vendor management, and digital engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent with 2+ years of Medical/Scientific Affairs experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years.
• Experience in publication strategy and vendor management in biopharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of publication guidelines (ICMJE, GPP) and transparency standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and oversee global and US scientific communication and HCP engagement plans.
• Develop the product publication plan and manage publication planning and execution.
• Maintain adherence to ICMJE and GPP guidelines.
• Mentor Amgen India staff and manage external vendors.
