Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead medical strategy across the oncology portfolio from early development to lifecycle management.
• Serve as final medical accountability for oncology programs and integrated medical plans.
• Drive governance and cross-functional decision-making with development, regulatory, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global medical strategy for Moderna's oncology portfolio.
• Act as global medical lead in interactions with health authorities and payers.
• Direction of the Development Integrated Evidence Team to build data packages for regulators and payers.
• Lead global launch readiness for oncology assets, including medical training and evidence generation.
• Develop partnerships with thought leaders to shape practice and policy.
• Oversee publication strategies, medical education initiatives, and real-world evidence programs.
