Merck in Rahway, NJ is seeking a Global Marketing Director for Oncology to shape global commercial strategy for a novel bispecific antibody, collaborating with clinical, regulatory, market access, and regional teams to position the asset for development and future commercialization.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, deep oncology knowledge, and leadership across global and regional teams, with travel up to 15–20%.

Formación

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years of commercial pharma experience in marketing, sales, market access, pricing, or marketing support.
Experience in oncology market dynamics, healthcare policy, reimbursement, and access considerations.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing across the enterprise.
Advanced degree (MBA) preferred.

Responsabilidades

Lead development of the global commercial strategy for the bispecific antibody, aligning with asset priorities and portfolio strategy.
Partner with disease teams to define indication-specific commercial strategies and inform clinical development planning.
Oversee market research, forecasting, and market-shaping analyses to inform investments and trade-offs.
Establish and manage launch-planning milestones, timelines, and regional alignment for future commercialization readiness.
Collaborate with regions and key markets to incorporate external insights and local dynamics into global strategy.
