Job summary

Merck is seeking a Global Marketing Director to shape strategy for a novel bispecific antibody in oncology. The role partners with clinical, regulatory, medical affairs, market access, and regional teams to position the asset for successful development and commercialization.

You will lead commercial insights, forecast analyses, and launch planning, while guiding brand strategy and messaging to internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative, global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of commercial pharma experience in Marketing, sales, market access, or related support.
• Strong oncology market knowledge and cross-functional leadership ability.
• Ability to influence across enterprise and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead global asset and portfolio strategy for the bispecific antibody.
• Guide market insights, forecasting, and competitive intelligence for planning decisions.
• Establish launch readiness and drive cross-functional execution across regions.
