Merck is seeking a Global Marketing Director to shape the commercial strategy for a novel bispecific antibody in oncology. You will lead cross‑functional teams through asset prioritization, indication strategy, and evidence generation to enable successful development and future commercialization.

You will collaborate with clinical, regulatory, medical, market access, and regional teams to position the asset, guide forecasting, and influence product strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred for advanced roles.
• Global marketing experience and oncology exposure are advantageous.
• Experience shaping commercial strategy in complex cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the global commercial strategy for the bispecific antibody.
• Partner with asset and disease teams to define indication-specific commercial strategies.
• Provide commercial guidance to support clinical development planning and evidence priorities.
• Oversee market research and insights generation for the asset.
• Guide forecasting, market‑shaping analyses, and strategic trade-offs.
• Establish launch‑planning milestones and track progress for readiness.
