Merck & Co. is seeking an Associate Director of Global Oncology Marketing to lead launch planning for multiple priority launches. You will drive the Launch Excellence Framework, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and manage risks to ensure successful launches across strategic programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with brand teams, data‑driven decision making, and ongoing process improvements within a hybrid work setup in Rahway, NJ or Upper Gwynedd, PA.

• Required: Bachelor's degree

Responsabilités

• Lead two to three priority product launches as the launch planner, responsible for launch readiness by ensuring key launch milestones are identified, resourced and successfully achieved
• Drive strategic launch planning via the Launch Planning Tool and ensure consistency and evolution of all tools and processes to streamline and improve launch planning
• Utilize dashboards and metrics to identify and elevate launch readiness risks, and partner to problem solve and mitigate risks as appropriate
• Support knowledge management and best practice sharing across the organization
• Work in close partnership with the Global Oncology brand teams and cross-functional colleagues to ensure execution excellence with our must-win launches
• Support the Executive Director, Integrated Business Operations & Launch Excellence as needed on operational initiatives
