Job summary

Merck is seeking an Associate Director, Global Oncology Marketing Launch Excellence to lead launch planning for two to three priority Global Oncology launches. You will ensure readiness, develop standardized tools, and manage dashboards to track progress.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will partner with Global Oncology brand teams, drive knowledge sharing, and support operational initiatives across the launch portfolio. This role emphasizes collaboration and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical experience.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead two to three priority product launches as the launch planner and ensure launch readiness with identified milestones and resources.
• Drive strategic launch planning via the Launch Planning Tool and standardize tools and processes.
• Use dashboards and metrics to identify and escalate launch readiness risks and partner to mitigate them.
• Support knowledge management and best practice sharing across the organization.
• Collaborate with global brand teams and cross-functional colleagues to ensure execution excellence for must-win launches.
• Support the Executive Director on operational initiatives.
