Merck is seeking an Associate Director, US Launch Excellence in North Wales, PA to lead integrated launch planning for US Oncology Hematology programs. You will partner with Marketing Leadership and cross-functional teams to translate brand strategy into adaptable launch plans and ensure readiness across workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, General Management, Biotechnology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in biopharmaceuticals or related industry including marketing, sales, strategy and planning.
• Proven ability to develop strategy and translate into executable cross-functional plans.
• Strong program and project management capabilities with multiple milestones and interdependencies.

Responsabilités

• Lead integrated launch planning and readiness across launch workstreams with clear outcomes, milestones and ownership.
• Orchestrate readiness and connect core and extended launch plans to avoid isolated activities.
• Establish dashboards and KPIs to monitor progress and enable timely decisions.
• Support pre-launch measurement, launch monitoring and post-launch hypercare for rapid learning.
• Design and facilitate effective launch team meetings driving alignment and accountability.
