Job summary

MSD is seeking an Associate Director, Global Oncology Marketing in Rahway, NJ (hybrid). You will lead two to three priority product launches, ensuring milestones are identified, resourced, and executed.

You’ll drive Launch Excellence tools, risk mitigation, and global standardization across Global Oncology, partnering with brand teams and cross-functional colleagues to deliver execution excellence. The role requires at least 5 years in pharma, strong commercial acumen, and superb collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical experience.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
• Proactive leadership style with urgency and results.
• Collaborative cross-functional teamwork and relationship-building.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple strategic initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead two to three priority launches as launch planner with identified milestones and resources.
• Drive strategic launch planning using Launch Planning Tool and standardized processes.
• Use dashboards to identify launch readiness risks and mitigate them.
• Support knowledge sharing of best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with Global Oncology brand teams and cross-functional colleagues for execution excellence.
• Input into global standards for launch planning, processes, and tools across Global Oncology.
