Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD or PhD) required.
• Min 6 years of relevant medical affairs experience.
• Experience in Oncology, bladder cancer preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record leading matrixed cross-functional teams.
• Global mindset with experience in multiple markets.
• Willingness to travel ~30% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bladder GMALs to develop global medical affairs strategy.
• Partner with prostate and other solid tumor teams to ensure one strategy.
• Provide medical input into development and lifecycle plans.
• Oversee global medical affairs plans, communications, and education.
• Engage with external stakeholders and maintain regulatory compliance.
