Vir Biotechnology, Inc. seeks an experienced Director of Clinical Operations to lead global oncology trials from protocol through closeout. You will manage Study Management Teams, CROs, sites, and enrollment while driving strategy, timelines, and budgets to high-quality data.

This hands-on role connects Clinical Operations with Regulatory, Medical, and Safety to align program goals and excellence. You will guide operational plans for first‑in‑human studies, escalation and expansion cohorts, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field with 12+ years in biotech/pharma.
• Experience leading complex global oncology trials, early development.
• Expertise in FDA/EMA/ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead one or more global oncology trials and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for first‑in‑human and dose studies.
• Oversee CROs, vendors, site strategy, and enrollment optimization.
• Develop study plans, timelines, budgets, risk plans, and approvals.
• Collaborate across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Safety, and Biostatistics.
• Support regulatory submissions and inspection readiness activities.
